Our philosophy

In the beautiful hills of Siena, where agricultural tradition is intertwined with a passion for the land, we grow our own barley. This cereal is the fruit of work handed down from our parents, a precious legacy that guides us in our choice of cultivation techniques.
We follow the rhythms of nature, practicing crop rotation and minimizing the use of pesticides to preserve biodiversity and the health of our ecosystem. Each barley grain is a treasure, rich in nutrients and the keeper of an authentic flavor, which is expressed in all its fullness after wood roasting. Production is certified and regulated by the Agriqualità mark of the Tuscany region.

Our commitment is to offer consumers a product of excellence that encapsulates the history and richness of our territory, while respecting the environment and health. Our cereals are grown according to the principles of integrated agriculture, a system that aims to minimize the use of synthetic chemicals. The use of glyphosate in our barley is excluded, and the residue of pesticides is below detection limits. We guarantee a safe and high-quality product that respects your health and the environment.
